Parents' Association

The Upland Parents’ Association (PA) is an active and valued part of school life, dedicated to enriching the educational and social experiences of all children. It is a registered charity (Charity Commission number 1111727) and all parents and carers of children at Upland are automatically members. The PA works closely with the headteacher and school staff to raise funds for resources and opportunities beyond the core school budget, with all money raised used to benefit the wider school community. The PA meets regularly to plan events and agree spending, and holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the autumn term, which is open to all parents and carers. New ideas, volunteers, and support are always welcome. Parents can get in touch via email at pasecretary@uplandschool.co.uk or follow updates through the PA’s social media channels.

Upland Parent Partnership

The Upland Parent Partnership (UPP) is a parent-led group that works alongside the school to support families and strengthen the sense of community at Upland. It provides practical support for parents and carers, helping to share information, resources, and advice, and plays an important role in initiatives such as the organisation of preloved uniform and community support activities. The UPP works closely with the school and the Parents’ Association to ensure families feel informed, included, and supported, and to promote positive partnerships between home and school for the benefit of all children.
